We are a same day ship for orders placed before 12pm MST so long as products are not on back order.
There is no local pick up available.
Once the package has left us, we are not responsible for transit times and you will not be refunded if the package does not arrive to you in time for your event or have been lost or stolen.
SO PLEASE choose the option that will guarantee delivery in the appropriate time frame.
We offer package insurance through Route. We suggest that you add the insurance to your packages to avoid theft during the holidays as we are not liable for the product arriving to you.
Please note that both USPS AND UPS are not guaranteeing overnight services. We will give priority processing in the warehouse to these packages but once we drop them off at the designated carrier we are not responsible for them arriving on time.

If you order UPS next day air on a Friday, our experience says that there is a 50/50 chance of it arriving on Sat. No matter what the estimated delivery day is.
Orders are processed within 2-3 days of a successfully completed order. If you need an order expedited, please email us at email@example.com before placing the order to ensure that our warehouse is able to accommodate your request. We hate letting people down, however, thems the rules.
Once you have chosen a carrier, you have entered into a service agreement with a third party carrier and you indemnify and hold harmless Sardonic Sentiments, Inc. of and damage, lost or stolen packages. Any issues with your package should be taken up with the service carrier you have chosen once the goods leave our warehouse.
Tracking will be provided via email with your shipping confirmation, except on USPS First Class Standard Shipping.
