If you were expecting any delivery over the past month, you've probably noticed it. These are definitely times of uncertainty, when even our packages seem to have other plans.

It hasn’t been easy for anyone. While larger retailers often have their own delivery networks, USPS delays affect every aspect of a small business, not just the consumer-facing end. You may not know this about Badass Balloon Co. but we are a small family owned business. And we care a lot about your order in this business and in this family. My 70 year old mother Martha works herself diligently to ship your order in a timely manner, very often same-day shipping! Yet, despite every effort from our end, it looks like we have no control over these major and unprecedented carrier delays.

No customer likes delays, but we understand it gets more personal when you need your package to arrive on time for special occasions. If you have a tight schedule, please consider the priority shipping option on your order. We also recommend you keep the shipping insurance in your cart that we are leaving as default option to avoid any hassle for you.
