We are unable to accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Because of the nature of the product and our inability to determine whether and/or how the balloons were inflated once they reached you they are non-returnable.
We are happy to address a manufacturers defect that you experience and in this case offer an even exchange in that balloon or future merchandise credit only. In order to begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@badassballoonco.com with the details. We may require photos before we can begin the exchange. All returns or exchanges will go to PO Box 971728, El Paso, TX 79997.
