Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final on all products. No take backs.

We are unable to accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Because of the nature of the product and our inability to determine whether and/or how the balloons were inflated once they reached you they are non-returnable.

We are happy to address a manufacturers defect that you experience and in this case offer an even exchange in that balloon or future merchandise credit only.  In order to begin a return or exchange, please email us at with the details. We may require photos before we can begin the exchange. All returns or exchanges will go to PO Box 971728, El Paso, TX 79997.


We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you have selected prior to completing your order.  Our goal is to ship orders immediately, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
