Evaluate and recommend potential new suppliers to augment or replace value streams for Lifestyle products.
Identify and vet suppliers for new developments as needed, collaborating with Compliance.
Lead negotiation of supplier agreements.
Manage supply chain processes and procedures to ensure on-time delivery of products which meet, design, quality, and value standards.
Optimize costs and supplier performance.
Responsible for managing the material cost, lead-time, capital investment, and capacity within the global supply base.
Support and encourage an innovative mind set inside the company through leading and facilitating strategic decision-making on issues of process, development, engineering, and supply chain structure relating to commercializing new product concepts.
