If you order UPS next day air on a Friday, our experience says that there is a 50/50 chance of it arriving on Sat. No matter what the estimated delivery day is.
Orders are processed within 2-3 days of a successfully completed order. If you need an order expedited, please email us at orders@badassballoonco.com before placing the order to ensure that our warehouse is able to accommodate your request. We hate letting people down, however, thems the rules.
Once you have chosen a carrier, you have entered into a service agreement with a third party carrier and you indemnify and hold harmless Sardonic Sentiments, Inc. of and damage, lost or stolen packages. Any issues with your package should be taken up with the service carrier you have chosen once the goods leave our warehouse.
